Epilepsy Research UK organises international
expert workshops focusing on hot topics
in epilepsy research. These are held
approximately once every two years.
The workshops provide an arena for
a full, expert and in-depth look at
an area of research which has advanced
quickly in recent years. Discussion
includes both clinical and basic scientific
aspects of the topic in questions.
Scientists acknowledged to be world
leaders in their fields are invited,
so the discussion is cutting edge.
Participants and observers find these
meetings intensely stimulating, and
the discussions have influenced policy
at a European level.
The next workshop will be held
in 2010. The topic has not yet been
selected. If you would like to propose
a topic, please contact
us.
Previous workshops are listed below.
