FundraisingDinner.com is an exciting new fundraising initiative that we hope will encourage people to support our much needed research. The idea is that people hold a dinner party or any other event - coffee morning, barbeque, wine tasting evening - and the guests make a donation to Epilepsy Research UK rather than bringing a bottle of wine or flowers.

We have built a website - www.fundraisingdinner.com - that will enable supporters to organise their event entirely online. Hosts can email invitations to their guests and the site automatically records who's replied. Donations can be made online or given directly to the host and all the money raised is recorded on the host's secure page.

The site also features tips on organising an event and recipes from celebrity chefs such as Delia Smith and Antony Worrall-Thompson.

Anyone signing up to host a fundraisingdinner will receive a host's party pack that will include coasters, after-dinner chocolates, thank you cards and information about our work.
