Memorial Funds

We offer the opportunity to establish a named memorial fund  at Epilepsy Research UK to honour the memory of your loved one. All memorial fund donations support a specific research project each year, giving memorial fund supporters a more individual sense of their contribution to advancing epilepsy knowledge. For more information about memorial funds see here. Please contact us if you would like to set up a memorial fund.

Days of Their Lives

Honour a loved one’s special day on Days of their Lives, a memorial tribute for families touched by epilepsy.

The Days of their Lives calendar enables bereaved families to remember their loved one with a memorial tribute on a date special to them, such as a birthday or anniversary. Many of these families have experienced sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP). All have had their lives changed for ever by epilepsy.

You can see the Days of their Lives calendar and reserve your date here.

In Memory giving and fundraising at justgiving.com

You can create your own online giving or fundraising pages in memory of a loved one at justgiving.com. These pages are the perfect online option for collecting in memory donations online following a funeral or anniversary, as well as for sponsorship for sporting events and challenges.

The In Memory pages are easy to set up. Just go to justgiving.com and follow the on screen instructions. You can use your In Memory page to tell the story of the person you’re remembering and explain why you’re raising money in their memory, using words, photos and video.

An In Memory Collection page is also automatically created when a fundraising page is set up in the memory of your loved one. All further pages created in memory of that person are then linked together on the In Memory Collection page making it easy for everyone to see who else is raising money and the total raised.

For any additional information or a fundraising pack, email us or call 020 8747 5024.
